🌍 French container line CMA CGM has announced new Peak Season Surcharges (PSS) from Europe to select American destinations. Please find the details below:

1️⃣ Effective 15 October 2024:

• From: North Europe (including Scandinavia, Baltic, Spain Atlantic, excluding Portugal)
• To: Canadian East Coast 🇨🇦
• Surcharge:
  • US$250 per TEU
  • US$500 per 40′-45′
• Applies to: All cargo, except Out of Gauge and breakbulk 📦

2️⃣ Effective 7 November 2024:

• From: North Europe (including Scandinavia, Poland & Baltic), East & West Mediterranean, Adriatic, Black Sea & North Africa (excluding Egypt) 🌊
• To: Dominican Republic 🇩🇴 & Colombia (Atlantic) 🇨🇴
• Surcharge:
  • €150 per TEU
  • €300 per FEU
• Applies to: Dry and non-operating reefer (NOR) cargo only 🚢

3️⃣ Effective 2 November 2024:

• From: North Europe (including Scandinavia, Poland & Baltic), East & West Mediterranean, Adriatic, Black Sea & North Africa (excluding Egypt)
• To: United States 🇺🇸, Mexico East Coast 🇲🇽 & Canadian East Coast 🇨🇦
• Surcharge:
  • US$500 per 20′
  • US$1,000 per 40′ & 45′
• Applies to: Every type of cargo except Out of Gauge 🚢
